Terms of Use

These terms cover Reset Movement Studio — our classes and memberships in Amman, our app and our website. By creating an account, booking a class or making a payment, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Reset Movement Studio (“we”, “us”) is a movement and fitness studio in Amman, Jordan. You can reach us any time at [email protected] or through the app.

These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two differ, the Arabic version applies.

2. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Please keep one account only, and keep your name, mobile number and email current — they are how we confirm your bookings and reach you when a class changes.

We verify your number and sign you in with a code sent by SMS, so anyone with access to your number or your email can sign in as you. Keep them secure and tell us at once if that changes. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian accepts these terms for you and stays responsible for the account.

3. Booking and cancelling classes

You can book from the app or the website once you hold a membership, a class pack or a one-time pass. Spots are limited and given out in booking order. If a class is full you can join its waitlist — we will tell you if a spot opens, but it is not held for you.

Cancel up to 4 hours before the class starts and the credit returns to your balance. Cancel later than that, or miss the class, and it counts as used — including a class booked with a gift, which is used up. If we cancel a class, your credit always returns.

Please arrive a few minutes early. For everyone’s safety, the instructor may not be able to let you in once a class is under way.

4. Payments and refunds

All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Card payments are handled by a licensed third-party payment gateway: you enter your card on their secure page, and we never receive or store your full card number.

  • Memberships, class packs, freeze fees and community event registrations are non-refundable.
  • One-time passes and friend guest spots are non-refundable. A one-time pass booking can be cancelled like any other: cancel in time and the class returns to your pass to use on another class, cancel late or miss it and it counts as used. A friend guest spot is held for the guest it was bought for; if something changes, message us before the class and we will help.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase. The membership a voucher creates then runs for that plan’s own validity period, counted from the day it is redeemed — not from the day it was bought.
  • When you accept this policy for a purchase, it also applies to every later purchase you make at Reset, until we notify you of a change.
  • A credit returned after an on-time cancellation stays as credit on your membership; it is not refunded as money.
  • Any refund we grant at our discretion returns to the original payment method and can take a few working days to appear.
  • If a charge looks wrong, contact us at [email protected] or at the studio first and we will review it promptly.

5. Memberships and class credits

A membership gives you class credits valid for a set period, and credits you have not used by the end of it expire. Most memberships hold credits per activity, so one activity’s credits cannot be spent on another; an All-Access membership instead holds a single pool you can spend on any activity it covers.

When every credit is used the membership shows as depleted, and any class you already booked still goes ahead. Freezes are available on eligible memberships and may carry a fee — a frozen membership cannot book until it is unfrozen.

6. Gifts, rewards and offers

A free class we add to your account — a birthday gift, a reward, or a gift from our team — is personal to you, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and expires on the date shown with it (usually 30 days).

Reward classes are earned by attending: at 13 points, a free class is added to your account. Points have no cash value and we may change or end the programme. Offers carry their own conditions, which we show with the offer.

7. Health and taking part

Our classes are physical activity. Please tell us about any injury, medical condition or pregnancy before you take part, and keep it up to date — we share it only with the instructor teaching your class, so they can look after you.

We cannot give medical advice. If you are unsure whether a class suits you, speak to a doctor first. Work at your own pace, follow your instructor’s guidance, and stop if something hurts. You take part at your own risk.

8. Photos and video

We sometimes take photos or video in the studio for our own channels. You choose whether to allow this and can change your mind at any time by telling us — we will not use new material of you after that.

9. Messages we send you

Booking confirmations, class reminders, receipts and account messages come by SMS, push notification, email and in-app notification. They are part of the service and continue while your account is open.

News and offers are separate, and you can opt out of them at any time without affecting your bookings. If you message us on social media or a messaging app, an automated assistant may answer first — you can ask for a person at any point.

10. Using the app and website

While your account is open you may use the app and the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Our name, logo, content and software belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer any part of them, reach data that is not yours, or interfere with how they run.

11. Changes, suspension and closing your account

Timetables, instructors, prices and class formats can change, and we may change or withdraw parts of the service. If a change materially affects something you have already paid for, we will tell you.

You can close your account at any time by asking us; unused credits are not refunded. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts members or our team at risk, or is used fraudulently.

12. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have expected, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

13. Changes to these terms, and the law

We update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the last change, and the version in force at the moment you pay is the one recorded with your payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about anything here? Email [email protected].
