We ask for what we need to run your membership and your classes, and little else.

To create and secure your account and sign you in with a code instead of a password; to take bookings, apply your credits and gifts, and tell you when a class changes; to take payment and handle receipts, refunds and disputes; to answer you when you contact us; to keep our tax and accounting records; and to see which of our own campaigns actually bring people to the studio.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have a legal or similarly significant effect.

What you tell us about an injury, condition or pregnancy is sensitive, and we treat it that way. It is used for one purpose — so the instructor teaching your class can adapt what they ask of you — and is seen only by that instructor and the staff who need it.

It is never used for marketing, never shared with advertisers, and never sold. You can ask us to correct or remove it at any time, though without it an instructor cannot allow for it in class.

Card payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. You enter your card number on their secure page, not ours, and they return only the result — whether it worked, the amount, and a reference — which we keep so we can show what you paid for if it is ever questioned.

We also record which version of our Terms of Use was in force at the moment you paid, so a later change of wording can never be applied backwards to a payment you already made.

A session cookie keeps you signed in, and a second cookie remembers which campaign link brought you to us, for 90 days. Its contents are encrypted and it holds no name, number or email.

Our page analytics are our own and stay on our own servers. We load no third-party advertising or analytics trackers of any kind — no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no session recording, anywhere on our site or in our app. Where we record a visitor’s country and city, it is worked out from the IP address alone and is never more precise than that.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

Inside the studio: the instructor teaching your class sees who is booked in and the health notes you shared, and our team sees what they need to run your membership.

Outside it: the service providers we rely on to operate the studio, our app and our payments. They act only on our instructions and only for what we ask them to do, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also share information with our professional advisers, or with the authorities, where the law requires it or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Your information sits on servers we control, and some of the services above process it outside Jordan, under their contractual protections.

We keep your account information while your account is open. When you close it we delete or anonymise what we no longer need, but we keep payment and booking records for as long as Jordanian tax and accounting law requires, and for as long as a payment could still be disputed. Analytics records are kept in a form that is not tied to your name.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete what we no longer need to keep, stop marketing messages, or withdraw a consent you gave — such as permission to use photos of you.

Just email [email protected]. We will not ask why, it will never affect how you are treated at the studio, and if we cannot do something you have asked for we will tell you plainly why.

Our app and memberships are intended for adults. Where a member is under 18, a parent or guardian sets the account up and stays responsible for it; we do not knowingly collect a child’s information without that involvement.

We sign you in with a one-time code rather than a stored password, encrypt traffic to and from our site, limit staff access by role, and keep card details out of our systems entirely. No system is perfectly secure, and if something puts your information at real risk we will tell you and the relevant authority.
